We are looking for an experienced event professional to lead our Project Management Team.
We are looking for recent University graduates to join our team & gain experience of events.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to join one of the UK’s most popular series of mass participation events, to lead the operational delivery of the events portfolio. This role sits within our Operational Team, and is ideal for a passionate individual who is looking to further their career within the mass participation/ sporting/ events sector to not just gain experience of what we do, but to lead and oversee the delivery of the logistics & operations, both in the planning phases, and the on the day running of the events.
We are looking for recent University graduates with a keen interest in sporting events, and mass participation – ideally with a relevant degree subject, or can demonstrate a passion and interest in what we do to join us on a 6 month internship program. You will be available to work from March onwards, and will gain experience across marketing, customer services, planning and operations as we work towards delivering the 2022 series of events. Trek Masters are fit & active volunteers who give their time to helping others along the actual routes, and bring their own deep experience of Ultra Challenges and a passion for helping others to their finish line. As a Trek Master you’ll be part of a close knit team, and allocated a section of the route to patrol, or to lead groups of participants when the going gets tough, and to support our safety teams during the day or night.
